As a seasoned Immigration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through the complexities of U.S. visa petitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement and Case Preparation: Develop strong relationships with clients, comprehensively understanding their needs and goals.
- Document Collection and Petition Drafting: Ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and petitions are meticulously drafted to meet U.S. immigration law requirements.
- Submission of Petitions: Effectively submit petitions on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and successful processing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
- A thorough understanding of U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in case preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding results.
- Proficiency in case management software and online filing systems to streamline processes.
- A commitment to providing personalized service and achieving exceptional client satisfaction.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred but not required.
