Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a dynamic environment and gain firsthand experience in the offshore production industry.

  • Coordinate monitoring and control of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage communication and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely and quality delivery of services and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to address vessel and global demands, enhancing interdepartmental synergy and response capabilities.
  • Participate in workshops focused on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, including Task Risk Analysis and Critical Analysis.
  • Attend client meetings to gain a deeper understanding of contracts and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Operations interface, promoting seamless interactions across all onshore and offshore departments.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating procedures, work instructions, and job descriptions to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for Purchasing Order/Contract issuance, including drafting Scopes of Work and conducting Technical Analyses.
  • Join and assist in audits and inspections to assess compliance and effectiveness of operational processes.
  • Track and document the status of material embark/disembark as well as 3rd party mobilizations and payments.
HSE Guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of health and safety awareness, actively observing and reporting any unsafe activities, conditions, or situations.
  • Utilise the 'Stop Work' policy whenever unsafe conditions are observed, prioritising safety in all operational activities.
