Content Strategist & Creator

We are looking for a talented Content Strategist & Creator to join our team. As a key player in our content development process, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and visual content that engages our audience.

This role requires a deep understanding of how platforms work and the ability to create content that resonates with different personas and contexts. You will be expected to develop platform-specific strategies, create native content, and produce high-quality videos using tools like CapCut or Premiere.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing tailored content strategies for various channels and formats
  • Creating engaging video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify
  • End-to-end content production: ideation, filming, editing, copywriting, podcast creation, and publishing
  • Strong aesthetic sense: transforming ideas into visually appealing content
  • Adapting content style for different spokespeople and audience profiles
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing tools
  • Comfort using AI tools to optimize the creative process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in content creation and strategy
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong visual content creation skills
  • Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
