- Requires at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain management, focusing on Strategic Sourcing.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing procurement strategies for specific categories of spend.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with experience in high-value contract negotiations.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Preferred training or experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Supply Chain accreditation (CPP, CPSM, CPIM, CSCP) is also desirable.
