Drive Innovation in AI Research
We are seeking a talented professional to lead the development of advanced AI solutions that power deep research and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop intelligent tools that extract and synthesize insights from complex, unstructured data using large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Build and optimize pipelines with custom retrieval logic, vector databases, and hybrid search strategies to improve data analysis and summarization capabilities.
- Implement and integrate knowledge graphs into AI systems for enhanced explainability and structured reasoning.
- Own the full pipeline from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment, ensuring seamless integration with other components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, evaluate outputs, and iterate rapidly on project deliverables.
- Possess a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
- Have proven experience with LLMs, including prompt design, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Display strong understanding of retrieval-based systems, such as FAISS, Weaviate, Elasticsearch, and Pinecone.
- Be familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers, and PyTorch, with hands-on coding ability in Python.
- Have solid software engineering practices and experience with cloud-based or on-prem AI deployments.
- Be able to lead projects independently and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Contribute to shaping the next generation of AI research tools grounded in real-world needs.
