We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the operational, regulatory, and commercial aspects of our Fund Services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for fund administration clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing expert guidance on structuring, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a technical reference to clients, sales teams, and other offices on fund structuring and operations.
  • Oversee the launch, ongoing administration, and regulatory compliance of a portfolio of funds.
  • Ensure accuracy of NAV calculations, financial reporting, fund transactions, shareholder services, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the investment fund industry, preferably with private equity, real estate, or fund administration. They should possess solid technical expertise in fund accounting (IFRS, US GAAP), NAV calculations, capital calls, tax structures, and audit processes.

A deep understanding of UCITS and alternative investment funds is also essential. The successful candidate will be a proven leader, able to manage clients, grow business, and lead a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum; 15+ years' experience in the investment fund industry.
  • Solid technical expertise in fund accounting, NAV calculations, capital calls, tax structures, and audit processes.

  • Proven success in leading teams, managing clients, and growing business.
