Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking an accomplished system architect to lead the development of our data infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with AI-powered investment agents. This role requires a strong background in distributed data processing and real-time streaming systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable microservice architectures, database systems, and data modeling for high-throughput environments. They should be proficient in deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production.

In this position, you will own the design and implementation of real-time data pipelines, backend services, and system reliability. You will also work closely with quant researchers and engineers to deploy trading algorithms and integrate them into our platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and optimizing data pipelines with low-latency and fault tolerance;
• Architecting backend services powering agent orchestration, portfolio optimization, and execution;
• Ensuring system reliability, observability, and performance across distributed systems;
• Mentoring engineers and setting technical direction for backend and data systems;

Requirements include 7+ years of experience in backend and data engineering, strong knowledge of distributed data processing and real-time streaming systems, and proven track record of building and scaling microservice architectures.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

• Distributed data processing (e.g., Flink, Kafka, Spark) and real-time streaming systems;
• Microservice architecture (Python / FastAPI, Go, or similar);
• Database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling for high-throughput environments;
• Machine learning model deployment and monitoring;
• Blockchain integrations, financial data systems, or LLM-driven products;
