About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in shaping innovative financial products for daily use. This high-impact role involves solving complex problems, working creatively with autonomy, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
As a key member of our Credit Card Activation team, you will drive end-to-end experiences across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention, focusing on delivering real impact through thoughtful user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own user journeys for key mobile experiences
- Develop clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that drive engagement and deliver a delightful user experience
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to identify and solve key user and business challenges
- Partner with designers from other streams to ensure cohesive and consistent experiences throughout the application
- Use data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses
- Plan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research team
- Present and advocate for your design work to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience designing digital products with a strong focus on mobile-first B2C experiences
- Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio
- Deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android)
- Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goals
- Understanding of technical constraints and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
- Effective communication skills, whether speaking with another designer or C-level executive
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Fintech experience is an advantage
