We seek an exceptional leader to join our ranks as Deputy Head of Core Products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing product development strategies, setting short-term and long-term goals, and evaluating market trends to inform strategic decisions;
  2. Managing departmental finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control;
  3. Organizing product production processes, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality and staying within budget;
  4. Collaborating with development teams to ensure task completion and alignment with organizational objectives;
  5. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products in the market, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and adjusting approaches as needed;
  6. Leading and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and performance evaluation.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of C-level management experience in non-startup product development;
  • A deep understanding of business planning principles, budgeting, product strategy development, and internal process optimization;
  • Strong leadership qualities, a proactive approach, and a willingness to take ownership of outcomes;
  • A comprehensive understanding of modern digital product development principles;
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience with SQL and modern BI-systems (Superset, Metabase, Tableau);
  • The ability to establish measurable objectives within a self-developed strategy;
  • A proven track record of achieving outcomes in both direct and matrix organizational structures.
