Job Title: Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Master Data Management Specialist.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our product information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data, resolving discrepancies, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Validation: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and verify product data, including bill of materials, setup routers, and inter-transfers price.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure timely and accurate data setup.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data-related issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably JDE or similar platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
