About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our product marketing efforts in Brazil. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue increase.
Key Responsibilities:
">• Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and campaign development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective communication of product value propositions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making.
• Create engaging content, including product descriptions, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, to educate customers and prospects about product benefits and features.
• Develop and manage product messaging, positioning, and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements:
">• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue increase.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
">• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in the medical device industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Certification in marketing, such as CMM or PMP.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
