About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at NICE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and grow our customer base
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive new business using our solutions portfolio
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and partnerships
  • Present our solutions portfolio to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a sales/customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with a passion for innovation and growth
