Inside Service Technician Job Overview

The Inside Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial trucking industry customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Commercial Tires including dismounting and mounting any type of tire.
  • Train to perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
  • Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
  • Determine repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
  • Remove tires for retreading or repair as needed.
  • Properly execute required service ticket to submit to management.
  • Clean and maintain service equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet service goals.
  • Comply with safety regulations and requirements.
  • Perform manual tasks for extended periods, which may include light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
Requirements:
  • No relocation offered for this position.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Previous Commercial Service Tire or relevant experience is advantageous.
