Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

About the Role:
This is a critical leadership position within our organization, requiring an experienced legal expert to oversee and manage all legal issues affecting our company. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to senior management and other departments on legal and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to senior management and other departments on legal and regulatory matters.
- Oversee and manage all legal issues affecting the company, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents.
- Oversee the administration and filing of all company legal contracts.
- Manage and oversee all litigation and legal disputes, collaborating with external counsel as needed.
- Develop strategies for the effective resolution of disputes.
- Protect and manage the company's intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Advise on intellectual property protection strategies and manage infringement issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory, preferably with a Master's degree in Corporate Law or International Law).
- Active and valid membership with the relevant professional authority.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of labor, commercial, environmental, and intellectual property laws applicable to the automotive industry.

- Ability to lead and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to make informed and strategic decisions.
- Language proficiency, particularly in English, is a plus.
