Backend Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. This role requires both precision and creativity, with a focus on building scalable backend solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with backend development, specifically in Node.js or similar technologies. They will also be familiar with version control (Git) and basic testing/debugging.

This is an entry-level position, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us. We offer full onboarding and on-the-job training, as well as opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will work closely with senior developers, internal teams, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions. You will also be responsible for debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in both backend code and document automation logic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update automated legal/financial document templates with strict attention to accuracy.
  • Ensure all backend systems and document outputs are error-free and meet client specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, internal teams, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in both backend code and document automation logic.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with backend development (Node.js or similar). Exposure to production or live environments (academic, internship, or professional). Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic testing/debugging.
