Job Description

Business Process Consultant

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing finance and controlling solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate innovative industry trends and develop corresponding consulting services.
  • Enforce industry-specific service offerings and design industry-specific corporate customer processes.
  • Map business processes, define requirements for individual development or integration needs, and define corresponding organizational structures.
  • Implement designed processes, plan process implementation, and explore development requirements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including English conversation skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all executive levels.
  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of controlling processes, such as Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Margin Analysis, and others.
  • 5 years of related work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study.
  • SAP CO or FI Certification is a plus.
