Senior Data Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Specialist to join our Development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, analysis, and problem-solving.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Interviewing other data professionals to assess their technical abilities.
  • Inputting data from these interviews into our product to develop predictive, fair, and enjoyable solutions.
  • Collaborating with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to build applications.
  • Improving existing structures by adding new functionalities or proposing technological updates.
  • Enhancing user experiences on scalable and high-availability platforms.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a developer.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a data scientist/data engineer.
  • Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience managing data loads and data quality.
  • An advanced English level.
