Job Summary

Boeing is seeking a Staff Analyst to join our global engineering team in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing plans and objectives, providing data for management review, and tracking performance to plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and assemble data from multiple sources to support business decisions
  • Conduct research and assist with the evaluation of organizational issues to drive business growth
  • Support leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large meetings and events
  • Summarize and review documentation to develop informational or technical materials
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, and monitor and track the execution of plans
  • Work with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate group-level facility requirements
  • Provide status reports and maintain training requirements
  • Support managers on day-to-day inquiries and partner with supporting functions to collect, consolidate, and share information
  • Support time-keeping, sick leave, and absence on workday, as well as flextime, overtime, office space, and office equipment
  • Collect and partner with supporting functions on inquiries related to pay and benefits
  • Act as a focal point for individual inquiries, requests, and inputs
  • Daily communicate and listen to employee difficulties and collect and filter potential moral reduction points from the teams
  • Act as an HR training facilitator for team building and environment
  • Work with managers and the benefit team to conduct specific elected items plans to boost team morale
  • Help with site strategic projects implementation, exercises, and teamwork dynamics
  • Act as the site event organizer for all hands meetings, celebrations, and coffee breaks

Requirements

  • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Must have a degree in an accredited course of study
  • Relevant experience with Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Relevant experience with Power BI
  • IT knowledge to automate Excel spreadsheets, Tableau, Tableau, R/Python, SQL dashboards, or similar managerial tools
  • Relevant experience with program management/project management

Relocation

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Additional Information

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
