Job Role

Your role as a Clinical Coordinator will be critical in scientific innovation discovery and development. You work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor programs, establish relationships with distributors and pharmacies, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.

  1. Monitor the Kite Konnect program and collaborate with other key stakeholders to establish and manage contracted relationships with select specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies.
  2. Work closely with Regulatory, Legal, Com Ops and other partners/stakeholders to ensure fully compliant practices, policies & procedures both internally and with vendor.
  3. Provide input on partner selection based on core capabilities, market presence, and likely business value.
  4. Contribute to criteria and reporting required for new programs in order to support new product launches while continually reviewing existing programs and evaluating additional development needed.
  5. Investigate and respond to internal and external customer complaints while concurrently instituting necessary improvements to avoid recurrence.
  6. Produce accurate, timely and insightful management reports regarding program trends.
  7. Provide substantive analysis that accurately incorporates partnership agreements and projected financial impact.
  8. Consider auditing external vendors to ensure compliance of agreement and policies.

Key responsibilities include providing input on partner selection, contributing to criteria and reporting for new programs, investigating and responding to customer complaints, and producing management reports.

Requirements

This position requires a strong educational background and significant leadership experience in executing trade management activities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of related experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry
  • Leadership experience in executing trade management activities
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on follow-through and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and provide recommendations to senior management

English fluency is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is also essential, as well as a strong working knowledge of order management and information management systems.
