Job Summary:

We are seeking a Regional Product Manager to lead the success of our Medium Wheel Loader Products in America South. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional enterprise financial results, market share, and product quality. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

As a Regional Product Manager, you will be accountable for managing the product lifecycle, including development, launch, and growth strategies. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer value, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to maximize market share and revenue growth.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market planning, product launches, and post-launch reviews.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
