Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to compliance risks and controls. Key responsibilities include overseeing adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting the LATAM Anticorruption Compliance Program, reporting and analysis of relevant compliance metrics, and building key relationships across the wider CCOR department and with key partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Solid communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, law, or similar field.
  • Previous experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Control areas in banking and financial markets is highly desirable.
