Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate raw data into actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Support leaders and planning managers in generating added-value analysis
  • Proactively combine existing and new sources of information to recommend project potential, performance, and areas for improvement
  • Provide recommendations on dashboards and reports for business tracking based on best practices and insights
  • Lead governance and routines for the ARTD South team

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business planning and forecasting in the consumer goods industry or business-commercial planning/strategy teams
  • Leadership and proactive attitude to drive decisions and lead business and governance agenda
  • Highly analytical capabilities, familiar with current Coca-Cola sources of information (Nielsen, Euromonitor, etc.) and non-traditional ones (interviewing industry experts, industry reports, online information)
  • Multi-country and multi-cultural market responsibility highly desired
  • Analytical skills, data modeling capabilities, and presentation skills
  • Curious and customer-focused
