Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:

A System Administrator position involves designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure using Terraform across AWS and Azure environments. The role is to design and implement scalable infrastructure using Terraform for both AWS and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure using Terraform for both AWS and Azure environments.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Ansible.
• Maintain and deploy infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Create automation and tooling using Bash, Python, PowerShell, YAML, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with development teams using Azure DevOps and Bitbucket to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and deployments.
• Write clean, reusable, and documented configurations and scripts.
• Maintain a security-first approach and follow DevSecOps best practices.

Requirements:

• Must-Have Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience working in AWS and Azure cloud environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Bamboo, for pipelines, repos, deployments, and GitOps workflows.
  • Comfortable with Ansible, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Scripting and automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript.
  • Strong command of writing and debugging YAML-based configurations.
• Other Qualities:
  • Able to troubleshoot across the stack: cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, scripts.
  • Security-minded with a proactive attitude.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Terraform.
  • Experience with Helm, Docker, or service mesh tools.
  • Experience integrating security and compliance into pipelines (DevSecOps).
