Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Salesforce Consultants, gathering technical requirements from clients and serving as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries or issues. Your responsibilities will include sharing best practices, collaborating with clients throughout the project duration, and participating in process flow analysis and redesign with our Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tag team projects with our Salesforce Consultants
  • Gather technical requirements from customers and translate them into features for developers to build
  • Serve as the first line of support for client questions or issues
  • Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout the project duration
  • Collaborate with a team of Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Consultants to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
  • Configure and maintain clients' Salesforce instances via declarative tools, including workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Write test cases and deliver them to clients for support during UAT
  • Comfortably train clients on Salesforce and newly built features
  • Provide current best practice and third-party solution alternatives from the AppExchange

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 + years of Salesforce configuration experience
  • Detailed understanding of the Salesforce Classic, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Sandbox Enterprise development environments
  • Proficient with AppExchange and commonly used Salesforce Apps like Conga and DocuSign
  • Experience with JIRA or any project management tool
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients
  • A hard worker who can manage themselves and deliver according to a set timeline
  • A quick learner who is easy to work with and can adapt easily in a startup culture
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
