Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data.

The role involves working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources to retrieve required information. This includes cleansing and massaging data into the desired format, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards that meet requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and gathering feedback from stakeholders on the finished product. They will also deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications, maintain and document the operational environment, and process SQL Server SPs and queries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop BI dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Analyze and visualize large volumes of complex data
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Cleanse and massage data into the desired format
  • Present and gather feedback on the finished product
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau
  • Maintain and document the operational environment
  • Process SQL Server SPs and queries
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data
  • Understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least 1 year of experience using Tableau
  • Solid understanding of concepts involved in modeling relational data
  • Strong analytic skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments
  • Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation
  • Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus)
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus)
  • Advanced English level
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
