Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on identifying bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams, effectively coordinating efforts across multiple departments to achieve operational goals.
