Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, including project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Problem Solving: Develop and implement solutions to complex problems that may arise during project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge Management: Capture and share knowledge gained during project execution to improve future project delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong Project Management Skills

• Experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of project management tools and technologies.

Business Acumen

• Understanding of business operations and ability to make informed decisions.

• Ability to develop and manage budgets.

• Knowledge of financial management principles.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

• Knowledge of database management systems.
