Accounts Payable Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill our Accounts Payable Analyst position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze incoming payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate and send invoices promptly with precision and compliance.
  • Proactively follow up on overdue payments by devising efficient collection strategies.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and reconciliation of receivable ledgers to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Record receivables into the ERP system.
  • Communicate with the sales team regarding receivables status.

Financial Analysis

Promote comprehensive monthly reports on AR, highlighting key financial insights and trends.

Requirements and Skills

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Financial department, management experience, and proficiency in Netsuite/Oracle or other ERP systems such as SAP or Quickbooks.
