Job Overview

As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of cutting-edge transformer technology. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to global and regional R&D teams, ensuring seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop proposals for future technology advancements, aligning with company objectives and industry trends.
  • Investigate failures and provide training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Document knowledge and create technical standards, maintaining high-quality documentation and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Prepare project reports and review factory testing, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Identify potential intellectual property needs, protecting company assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an engineering or related field program.
  • Extensive experience in power transformer technology, with a strong understanding of design principles and operational considerations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English language proficiency, with strong reading, writing, and verbal skills.

Travel and Remote Work:

This role requires up to 20% travel based on R&D team needs, with flexibility to work in a remote and diverse environment.
