Project Coordinator Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our LATAM engineering group, you'll be responsible for coordinating industrial investment projects from start to finish.

  • Project Coordination: Ensure seamless project execution, interfacing with business unit management and reporting progress to the steering committee.
  • Safety & Compliance: Implement safety protocols during design, execution, and construction phases in alignment with site practices and corporate policies.
  • Resource Management: Oversee EPCM and construction service contracts, associated resources, and lifecycle oversight.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report progress on key metrics, applying best practices such as constructability reviews, risk analysis, and change control.

This is a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode. Office location: Paulinia, Brazil Travel: Approximately 20%, mainly within Brazil, with occasional international travel depending on project scope and phase.

Requirements
  • Education: Relevant degree (MSc/BSc) or equivalent in Engineering. Preferred degrees in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Certifications: PMP or Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial capital project management (USD 15-35 million) and working with international project teams.
