About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Investment Banking team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an Investment Banking Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of industry-changing transactions in capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in the execution of M&A and ECM transactions
- Conduct sector research and detailed analysis
- Support analysts in financial models build-up
- Execute projects and pitchbooks for key deals in the segment
About the Team
You will be working with a dynamic and experienced team of investment bankers, analysts, and researchers. Our team is responsible for executing a wide range of transactions, including M&A, ECM, and DCM. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior executives and other teams across the bank.
Requirements
- Students of Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics with a graduation date from December 2025
- Some knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideal fluency in English
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and focus
- Previous experience in investment banking is a plus
