• Create personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and goals.
• Foster a positive and relaxing atmosphere through friendly and professional interactions.
• Promote membership and referral programs to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas.

• Meet state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Effectively communicate with clients, management, and staff.
• Hold knowledge of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue techniques.
• Possess knowledge of other modalities, such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, and Reflexology (training provided).
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
