Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional to fill a key position in our organization. This individual will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex data and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data using tools like Tableau.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and query relevant data sources.
  • Cleanse and manipulate data into the required format, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Present finished products to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau and develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and maintain documentation for the operational environment.

Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, superior organizational skills, and experience with ETL processes or similar technologies are highly desirable.

Advanced English language proficiency is required for effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Extract insights from complex data and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Tableau Administration: Manage, license, and deploy Tableau to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Report Development: Create high-quality reports and dashboards using Tableau.
  • ETL Processes: Experience with extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for the operational environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tableau administration, licensing, and deployment.
  • Experience with ETL processes or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver commitments.
  • Superior organizational skills and disciplined approach to implementation and support.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
