We are seeking a skilled Financial Analysis Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to drive financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units and key stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, providing insights into financial performance
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, financial acumen, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required (preferred major in Economy, Accounting, Finance or Engineering)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data analytics dashboards (PowerBI, SAP Cloud Analytics, etc.)
- Experience in data analytics tools (Alteryx, Knime, etc.)
- Experience with ERPs, SAP 4/HANA, AFO, Anaplan
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:This is a fixed-term position with a duration of 24 months.
