We are seeking a seasoned professional to contribute and perform a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of a global cross-business team.

The team will be responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions to ensure all internal and external requirements are met. This includes data capture, requisite documentation, regulatory requirements, internal policy compliance, and conditions precedent are met prior to deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform leadership role with respect to the build and development of the global team of professionals to support loan origination and lifecycle management across wholesale lending at large financial institutions.
  • Create processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management across various business lines.
  • Design and implement technology including active input into the requirements, testing and rollout.
  • Produce and provide training and support to transaction management staff, business constituents, operations, and risk partners where needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team in a management or team lead capacity supporting wholesale lending at large financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of wholesale loan product and business, including an understanding of syndicated and bilateral loans, corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade.
