Job Title: Senior Clinical Trial Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.

  • Oversee clinical trials from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GCP.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Trial Management: Manage clinical trials, including site initiation, patient recruitment, data collection, and close-out.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: Nursing or university degree in a health-related field with at least five years of direct clinical trial experience.
  • Experience: At least two years of management experience in a CRO or research-related organization.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
