Chief Financial Strategist

Brazil is a significant market for our operations with sales exceeding 60 million Brazilian Real and employing over 150 employees in a state-of-the-art facility. We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to drive business growth through financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of finance including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, tax, financial operations, and general administration.
• Transform the finance function into a strategic partner by leveraging analytical insights to inform business decisions.
• Implement a new ERP system to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and manage a high-performing finance team by providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and local laws.
• Oversee all accounting activities, including cash management, collections, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a finance leadership role in a multinational company.
• Degree in Business Management or Finance, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Certified accountant license (CRC).
• Strong understanding of controlling and financial modeling, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Experience with ERP implementation and consolidation software.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
