The role of a Senior Product Manager is to drive the success of NPS Prism, a market-leading customer experience benchmarking platform.
NPS Prism provides actionable insights and analysis to its customers, enabling them to create game-changing customer experiences.
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to refine and manage a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across all regions.
Key Responsibilities- Work with cross-functional teams to scope, build, and launch new products.
- Lead design sessions with clients on data needs and sample specifications.
- Effectively communicate complex methodology to non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap, including continuous enhancement of the product strategy.
- Manage day-to-day product operations for existing instruments, including developing client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, with a focus on commercial success.
- Strong understanding of customer experience benchmarking and operational improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
