We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as Vice President for Clinical, Medical & Regulatory LATAM. This role will provide strategic leadership to our medical affairs function in LATAM, driving innovation, growth, and compliance in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, regulatory affairs, or a related field, with significant experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about the healthcare industry and committed to making a positive impact. The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the medical affairs function in LATAM, driving innovation, growth, and compliance in the region.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase market share, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Maintain expertise in relevant regulations, laws, and industry trends, ensuring compliance and staying ahead of the competition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve business objectives and optimize performance.
