  • About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Engineer to design, implement and manage data pipelines that drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Create efficient and scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Python to process large datasets.
    • Develop and maintain high-quality data warehouses using SQL and Data Warehouse best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of Data Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: Advanced English is required to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python and Databricks is necessary for data processing and analytics.
    • Knowledge of SQL is required for querying and manipulating data.
    • Experience with Data Warehouse design and development is essential for storing and managing large datasets.
    • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake is desired for data integration and warehousing.
    • Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts is necessary for data migration and processing.
