About the Role

Belvo is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Open Finance API platform. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a winning product roadmap that enables hyper-growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize the Open Finance product roadmap, OKRs, and metrics.
  • Identify levers to drive them and research the market to understand the size of opportunities.
  • Validate product ideas, prototype, and beta-test with early adopters.
  • Structure problems, identify opportunities, and define the strategy and vision for our data aggregation solution at Belvo.
  • Work with other PMs to build a portfolio of products, including Payments and Data Enrichment.
  • Talk to clients, translate customer needs into product requirements, and interact with customers and customer-facing teams daily.
  • Launch new features that delight customers, help customers adopt Open Finance to win, and set the metrics to measure success of our data aggregation product.
  • Communicate details, updates, and launches across all stakeholders, seniority levels, and customers.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Operations to define specs, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables, ensuring your team is doing the right things.
  • Partner with Customer Success to deliver the best customer experience in the market.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in fintech companies.
  • Strong analytical mindset and enjoy diving into data to come to conclusions.
  • Product sense: thoughtful and creative, able to turn ambiguous problems into great products.
  • Product execution: use data to build products and measure progress.
  • Strong English, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in Brazil, being native or fluent in Portuguese.
  • Comfortable moving across the technical space or have technical background as a PM or Engineer.
  • Worked in a remote or distributed organization.
