About the Role:
As a Marketing & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for measuring and monitoring all marketing and go-to-market activities, defining key metrics for awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing efforts' impact on business objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in marketing and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources to ensure seamless data integration and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.
- Design and implement data visualization tools to provide real-time insights to leadership.
Requirements:
Requirements- Proven experience in analytics, preferably in B2B marketing or sales.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Pipedream, Clay, or Zapier.
- Active user of AI tools and LLMs for analytics and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent business acumen.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong ownership mentality.

Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Dashboards and ReportsCreate dashboards and reports for leadership to track performance in real time.
