About the Role:

As a Marketing & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for measuring and monitoring all marketing and go-to-market activities, defining key metrics for awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.
  5. Design and implement data visualization tools to provide real-time insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in analytics, preferably in B2B marketing or sales.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Pipedream, Clay, or Zapier.
  • Active user of AI tools and LLMs for analytics and automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent business acumen.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong ownership mentality.

What You'll Do:

Measuring and Monitoring

Measure and monitor all marketing and go-to-market activities, defining key metrics for awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Analysis

Analyze marketing, sales, and other data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Automation

Automate reporting and workflows using HubSpot and tools like Pipedream, Clay, etc.

Optimization

Optimize go-to-market processes based on data insights to improve efficiency, conversion, and ROI.

Data Integration

Integrate and maintain data pipelines from multiple marketing and sales sources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Dashboards and Reports

Create dashboards and reports for leadership to track performance in real time.
