Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with food preparation, presentation, and serving
• Ensure kitchen stock is stored and maintained appropriately
• Conduct daily stock counts and report any discrepancies
• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
• Prepare food in readiness for chefs and dish up orders in accordance with company standards
• Ensure presentation of orders is in line with company standards
• Report any operational problems or equipment issues

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability
• Good numeracy and stock analysis skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
