Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Settlement Specialist to join our team at Cainiao Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and approve expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Submit payment requests for processing and reconciliation.
  • Reconcile accounts payable with suppliers and communicate any discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including sending invoices and collecting payments.
  • Prepare and analyze biweekly reports on receivables and payables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial operations.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese for daily communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
