About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting various areas of the business, including Operations, Fulfillment, Seller Experience, and Seller Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes and coordinate across multiple input sources.
  • Dive deep into issues to differentiate isolated problems from structural ones.
  • Create solutions that address pain points and improve Seller Experience.
  • Balance competing priorities and make the best use of resources.
  • Calculate the impact and potential of ideas and pain points, making them tangible.
  • Influence and support Product teams on Roadmap prioritization.
  • Suggest and create programmatic solutions and initiatives while creating business cases for Product teams.
  • Develop short- and long-term solutions.
  • Lead Go-to-Market plans for multiple product features, coordinating across stakeholders from different orgs and levels, and leading by influence.
  • Organize GTM working backwards plans, mapping all tasks and questions that need to be answered, and identifying risks and risk mitigation.
  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
  • Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
  • Incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors and best practices from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experience.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
