Pharmacy Consultant Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a senior-level pharmacy consultant. As a member of our consulting group, you will play a pivotal role in managing large and complex pharmacy benefits projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing large group pharmacy benefit plans, with a proven track record of creating project plans and leading teams in execution against plan guidelines.

  • Lead day-to-day client contact and contribute to project plan creation and delivery.
  • Provide value-added consulting expertise on large-scale pharmacy benefit projects, including analysis, design, and cost savings strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and reviewing work, mentoring and developing analysts and senior analysts.
  • Contributing to the development of new intellectual capital and contributing pharmacy and related perspectives to broader health and benefits projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in designing and managing large group pharmacy benefit plans.
  • Proven experience creating project plans and leading teams in execution against plan guidelines.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Polished communication skills and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills.
