As a cloud reliability expert, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable solutions to meet the needs of our customers. Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence to provide personalized financial guidance and empower customers to manage their finances effectively.
About the PositionThis role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve production issues efficiently. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and problem-solving will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy end-to-end cloud solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Manage production systems and oversee CI/CD pipelines to guarantee smooth operations.
- Collaborate with customers during onboarding, integrating their data into our system.
- Identify and resolve recurring environment issues through thorough research and analysis.
- Participate in on-call rotation and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.
- Contribute to service design and architecture to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
- 2-5 years of experience in Application Integration, SRE, or Production Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in English.
