**Web Development Specialist Wanted**

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our Marketing Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the UI/UX of our digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and building website pages, landing pages, and other digital assets using Figma. They will also be adept at implementing their designs into responsive pages using HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build website pages, landing pages, and various digital assets (illustrations, social media visuals, presentations, etc.)
  • Enhance the website's design by incorporating the latest components and trends
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of designs
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and address design and usability issues
  • Maintain a database of design assets and templates

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
  • Adept at using Figma to develop engaging, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing designs
  • Good at designing well-converting landing pages and website elements
  • Experience designing a wide range of digital assets, including presentations, animations, lead magnets, illustrations, and banners
  • Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
