We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an administrative, non-technical role focused on scheduling, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This position will support clients with the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Key responsibilities include quality assurance functions, ensuring timely delivery of projects, measuring performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing all lifecycle stages for a project from ideation through sunset.

Requirements
  • Strong educational background
  • Proven working experience in an environment that required close attention to detail
  • Able to balance multiple ongoing projects
  • Clear, effective communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, as well as with remote teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • English proficiency both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Manage all lifecycle stages for a project from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
