About the Role

A100 ROW Servicos De Dados Brasil Ltda. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed individual to provide hands-on support to our Data Center Infrastructure Operations as a Data Center Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day Security activities for assigned Data Center(s) under the guidance of a manager.
  • Assess vendor compliance, track service deliverables, and escalate corrective actions to a senior team member as needed.
  • Provide support to all vendors within the data center.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews in your area of responsibility and ensure compliance with AWS security standards and policies.
  • Lead media security requirements within the Data Center.
  • Participate in regular meetings with vendors, data center operations, and other partner teams to accomplish operational consistency.
  • Effectively communicate with partner teams when providing awareness of security policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot Security Devices in conjunction with the local Security System Integrator.
Requirements
  • 3+ years overseeing security operations and personnel.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in security patrolling and reporting.
  • 2+ years of experience working with security vendors and contractors.
  • Read, write, and speak business-level English language.
  • Incident report writing skills.
  • Vehicle and driving's license to travel to other data centers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in access control and video surveillance software applications (LENEL or C-cure).
  • Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction of performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of security fundamentals (risk assessment, access control system, CCTV, intrusion detection system).
